HOW TO PREPARE TUMERIC TEA FOR JOINT PAIN
MATERIALS
1-2 cups water
1 teaspoon of Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne
Raw Honey
Lemon
PREPARATION AND USAGE
Boil water.
Stir in turmeric and cayenne.
Add honey and lemon to taste.
Drink twice a day for joint pain
