1. LIGHT EXERCISE
Simple exercise like sitting on a flat surface, stretching your legs
straight in front of you, breathe in deeply, bend waist forwards,
catch the big toe of each leg with each hand, can help to relief
stomach pain

2. BLACK SALT

Add a tiny pinch of hing to one lemon juice. Add one teaspoon of
powdered black salt to a glass of water, stir in the lemon juice, warm
and drink it like three times daily.

3. COLD COMPRESS
To use cold compress to relief stomach pain, fold a cloth that is
eight inches wide and twelve inches long and dip in a bowl of chilled
water. Squeeze the water out of the cloth, lie on your back and cover
your stomach with the cloth. Repeat this as soon as the cloth loses
its chillness. The logic behind this is that the acid in the stomach
will be settled bringing relief from stomach ache or pain.

4. DRIED GINGER POWDER

Dried ginger powder is one of the most effective and efficient home
remedy against stomach pain. Take 5 teaspoons of ginger powder, 2
teaspoons of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of hing powder, 2
teaspoons of roasted cumin powder and 2 teaspoons of black salt. Mix
them well and then store in a jar. Then swallow one teaspoon of the
mixture with water. This should be taken again every 4 hours interval.

5. CAROM SEEDS OR AJWAIN

To instant and effective relief from constipation and stomach pain
with ajwain or carom seeds , boil 2 teaspoons of ajwain in 2 glasses
of water for 5 minutes. Strain and add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Then drink
it hot.

6. ONION SEEDS

In order to use onion seeds to settle stomach pain, it is recommended
you swallow 1 teaspoon of onion seeds with water. The logic behind
this home remedy is that the fibre in the onion seeds will help to
strengthen the function of the digestive system.

7. FENNEL, CORIANDER AND SESAME SEEDS

Boil 4 teaspoons of fennel seeds in 1 little of water for 5 minutes.
Let the water cool down and drink from time to time.

Another method is to sprinkle a little salted water on equal
quantities of sesame, coriander and fennel seeds and roast separately
till the seeds sputter. Mix them well, store in a tight jar and take 1
teaspoon of the mixture after each meal.
