Saturated fat is not that bad for your health but trans fat is awful

New study in medical science found that saturated fats found in meat and dairy produce are not as awful for wellbeing as beforehand known.

A noteworthy study into the health
ramifications of dietary fats has

neglected to discover a connection between sustenance containing saturated fats, such
as eggs, chocolate and cream, and death from coronary illness, stroke or type 2 diabetes.

The study in any case did find that mechanically created “trans- fats” produced using hydrogenated
oils, and once utilized as a part of margarine, nibble nourishments and bundled prepared
nourishments, for example, a few cakes and crisps, are connected with a more prominent
danger of death from coronary heart infection.
This is also confirmed by most recent discoveries, distributed in the British Medical Journal, by Russell de Souza of McMaster
College in Hamilton, Ontario.

Regardless of the inability to build up a
connection between the danger between saturated fat and sudden death from eating sustenances containing saturated fats, Dr de Souza
cautioned against taking these
discoveries as a green light to eat more dairy sustenances, meat, eggs and milk chocolate.
