childhood diseases, diarrhea and
HIV/AIDS.
* Most adults needs about a day
sleep especially in the night to
gain back all the energy they
have expelled during the day and
gain full physical, emotional and
cognitive balance the next day.
Sleep deprivation or sleep debt
slow down learning and is one
of the major cause of errors,
irritability and accidents. Having
proper or adequate sleep can
only make you look better and
improve your health.
