1. BANANAS
Bananas work as a natural antacid. Therefore, eating bananas regularly
may help to prevent heartburn.
2. BAKING SODA
Baking soda provide a neutralizing effect and reduce the discomfort
caused by heartburn. Therefore, it is recommended to be taking one
teaspoon of baking soda mixed with a glass of water.
3. FENNEL TEA
To use fennel tea to treat heartburn, boil the seeds in a cup of
water. Then bring it to room temperature. Strain and drink the tea to
get relief from the pain of heartburn.
4. GINGER TEA
Add ginger roots in boiling water to prepare ginger tea and then add
honey to it.
5. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
To use apple cider vinegar to treat heartburn, mix one teaspoon of
apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink. This is because the
acid contained in the vinegar reduces stomach acid by converting it to
alkaline.
6. APPLE, CELERY STICK OR CABBAGE
It is recommended to eat an apple when you have heartburn because
apple will neutralize the acid in your stomach. Also cabbage or celery
will also help to bring relief from the heartburn by neutralizing the
acid in your stomach.
