INGREDIENTS
Flour, margarine, 1 egg, pinch of salt, yeast, oil for deep frying, 1
teaspoon of castle sugar.
METHOD
1. Sieve flour into a bowl and add sugar.
2. Cream yeast with little sugar mixed with milk and beaten egg.
3. Make a hole in the centre of flour in the bowl and pour in the liquid
4. Mix together and beat until smooth
5. Cover and put in a warm place to rise for 2 hours
6. Heat the oil and fry mixture in spoonful until golden brown.
