4 FACTORS THAT CAN CAUSE FATIGUE

Fatigue is not an health issue to joke with. The following 4 factors
can lead to fatigue.

4 FACTORS THAT CAN CAUSE FATIGUE
1. LACK OF SLEEP
Not getting enough
sleep can surely have negatively effect on your
concentration and health. It is recommended that adults
should get seven to eight hours
every night.

To correct lack of sleep make sleep a priority and
keep a regular schedule. Take away
laptops, cell phones, and
televisions from your bedroom. And don't forget to seek doctor help if
you are still having trouble sleeping as it may have a
sleep disorder.

2. APNEA
Sleep apnea briefly
stops your breathing throughout
the night. Each apnea interruption
wakes you for a moment, but
you may not know. This means no matter how long you spend sleeping in
the night you're still sleep-deprived.
You may correct apnea by losing weight if you're
overweight, quit smoking if you do, and
you may need a CPAP device to through your airway passages
open while sleeping.

3. BAD EATING HABIT
Eating too little causes fatigue, while eating the wrong foods is also
a problem. Eating a
balanced diet helps keep your
blood sugar in a normal range
and prevents that sluggish
feeling when your blood sugar
drops.
To correct this make sure you always eat breakfast and try
to include protein and complex
carbs in every meal. For example,
eat eggs with whole-grain toast.
Also eat small meals and snacks
throughout the day for sustained
energy.

4. DEPRESSION
Depression can also cause many physical
symptomssuch as fatigue,
headaches, and loss of appetite
are among others apart from emotional disorder.
To correct visit a doctor and responds well to
talk therapy and/or medication.
