Migraine could be described as a very painful headache. Migraine is a

1. PEANUT BUTTER
Mix peanut butter and grated ginger together as its gives relief from
migraine because the body absorbs the arginine and magnessium allows

2. COCONUT WATER

Coconut water is a very good home remedy for migraine because it is
rich in calcium, magnessium and other vital minerals. It is advisable
to drink one coconut once in a day.

3. RED PEPPER

Capsaicin which is a hot ingredient in red pepper, is a mighty pain
killer thereby works against migraines. Cayenne pepper is also good as
a replacement for red pepper. You can add red pepper into your meal as
a home remedy for treating migraine.

4. MUSTARD OIL
To use mustard oil as a home remedy and get relief from migraine, put
mustard oil in the right nostril if you are having migraine at the
left side and put it on the left nostril if you are having pain at the
right side of the head.

5. PEPPERMINT
Peppermint can also be taken internally as a tincture. However,
pregnant women should avoid using peppermint.

6. EUCALYPTUS OIL
Eucalyptus oil is a known natural and home remedy to kill migraine
pain. Take few drops of eucalyptus oil and lightly rub it on your
forehead, temples and nose.
