Health tip : why you need to drink enough water during exercise

Sometimes you will be exercising and you don't have soft drinks or
energy drinks to replace the water you loss due to the exercise.


It is advisable to stay properly hudrated by drinking enough water
during workout.

This will protect you from dehydration which is a deadly health
condition itself.

During exercise water is lost from the process through sweat.
Therefore, it is good if you could be drinking during and after
exercise.
