This same quantity of pumpkin seeds contains almost 75 percent of the daily value of manganese. Pumpkin also contain zinc, a large amount of phosphorus, copper, magnesium and iron. The seeds also contain antioxidants in the form of vitamin E, which protect the cells of the body.
