Southern U.S. diet linked to heart disease

Southern foods are not that healthy and has been linked to health problem. Research says people who like fried food, sweet tea and other foods which were the kind of food eaten by the Southern
U.S. may be at an increased risk of heart attack and death.

The study advice people that have such eating habit to stop that kind of foods because they are not healthy for the health and may cause several health disease.

Lead researcher James Shikany, of the University of Alabama at Birmingham advice people to be very careful with their eating pattern.
