Eating fruits, veggies in youth linked to healthy heart in adult

According to a new study, young adults
who eat the most fruits and
vegetable have the least calcified
plaque buildup in their arteries
decades later, which indicates a
reduced risk of heart disease.

It has been said time and time again that fruits and vegetables should
occupy the largest part of our diets.
