9 Steps To Make Homemade Wild Rose Jelly


1. One Cup of  fresh rose petals or 1/2 cup dried rose petals

2. One and half Cup of water

3. Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons.)

4. One and half cup of granulated sugar

5. One Pkg. Sure-Jell pectin


1. Mix the rose petals, 3/4 cup water and lemon juice in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Add the sugar slowly and blend well.

4. Boil the remaining 3/4 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan.

5. Then stir in the pectin and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6. The next thing is to pour the hot mixture into the blender with the other ingredients and blend for like 1 minute.

7. Pour into sterilized jars.

8. Wipe the rims of the jars clean and seal with canning lids.

9. Then process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
