What Is Prediabetes?

Prediates is a condition where a
person blood sugar is
higher than normal, but not high
enough to be called diabetes.
A person with prediabetes may
not
notice any symptoms -- you can
have it and
not know it. One of the ways to
know if you are prediabetes is to
do a
simple blood test.
People that are overweight, over
45,
and don't exercise are at risk to
developing prediabetes .
Prediates makes
you more at risk to have type 2
diabetes and heart disease, but
the good news is that you can
reverse prediabetes.
