1. BANANAS
Banana is rich in potassium and fiber and help to relieve all sorts of
digestive illnesses. Banana is rich in potassium because its helps in

correct diarrhea. The pectin in bananas are soluble fiber and helps in
absorbing water from the intestine, thus causing the stools to
solidify or harden.

2. LEMON
You should drink lemon juice when your diarrhea is accompanied by
nausea because lemon helps to sooth the stomach contents and minimize
nausea and dizziness.

3. BLUEBERRIES

Blueberries is one of the home remedies against diarrhea. Take
blueberry juice whenever you are suffering from diarrhea.

4. LEMON AND BAKING SODA
A mixture of lemon and baking soda is an effective home remedy for
diarrhea. Mix two squeezed lemons with half teaspoon of baking soda.
You will notice that the mixture will be foaming. Just drink it

5. CINNAMON
Cinnamon is a good home remedy against diarrhea since it helps to

teaspoon of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of sugar. Add a cup of
boiled water and take it warm.

6. YOGHURT
If you are troubled with diarrhea, first take a cup of fresh yoghurt
and start taking small quantities hourly to stop diarrhea as this will
help you to instantly remove the bacteria causing diarrhea from the
stomach.

7. GINGER

Ginger is another home remedy for diarrhea. To use ginger to correct
diarrhea, crush one inch piece of ginger and boil with water to make
ginger tea and drink like 2-3 times. You can also chew a piece of
ginger and swallow the juice slowly.
