Stock fish, crayfish, melon, meat, pepper, onions, seasoning,
pumpkin/vegetable, palm oil.

PREPARATION: Heat the oil in a pot. Wash the stock fish and boil in
another pot with onions till the fish is soft. Then add the meat and
allow to boil for like 30 minutes. Put onions, seasonin, pepper,
crayfish and grinded-melon to the heated oil and then allow to steam
for 1 minute.
The next step is to pour in the cooked ingredients into the fried ones
and allow to boil for like 10 minutes. Then add pumpkin or any other
vegetable and salt to taste. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes and your
EGUSI SOUP is ready for consumption.
